Florida Coast Career Tech has been one of the industry's finest schools in the region since 1990. Our faculty is committed to teaching, classes are purposefully small, and both day and evening classes are available.
The Commercial Foods and Culinary Arts program covers preparation, presentation and serving of a wide variety of foods, as well as leadership, communication skills, employability skills, and safe and efficient work practices. This prepares students for employment in the food service industry as entry level prep cooks.
Students may continue their education with an associate in science degree in culinary management at Florida State College.
