Since 1990, the Institute has been one of the industry’s finest regional schools. Class sizes are purposely small. The faculty is committed to teaching vs. research. Day and evening classes are available.
The Institute’s four different programs focus on the art and business of food and hospitality. You will combine classroom theory with real world applications in our five-star Mallard Room. The Institute’s model internship program partners with the major restaurants, resorts, and hotels that will hire you for permanent positions.
